Personality: Arabella is a sarcastic person, and never passes an oppertunity to make a snarky comment. The blond sort of teeters on the edge between the sugary sweet blond she appears to be, and the demonic being that lurks on the inside and hungers for blood. Being from the early 17th century, she has this old world persona that pushes through her new world adaption every now and then, and shows exactly how old she really is. When she's sweet, she can be the best person to be around, and she loves a good party. However, it would be best not to make this little fireball angry. Once you have done something she feels has wronged her, then you are at the top of her revenge list. That is not a place you want to be. Arabella leaves a trail of blood behind her centuries long,and it would be smart not to join that. And above all, she will put herself first.

History:
1610. The year that Galileo saw the moons of Jupiter through his telescope, another star was discovered. Arabella Serena Carlyle was born to Alice and Richard Carlyle on one bright Spring day in England. She was born in an age of exploration, and it rubbed off on her. Her spirit was free, and there was practically nothing that she loved more the wind blowing through her hair as she raced her brothers barefoot across the lawn. Ari grew up to be a tall blond beauty, and her parents knew they would have no problem marrying her off.

Ari loved her parents, but she was not relishing the idea of marrying someone she didn't know. However, she had to respect her parents wishes, so when the day came, she kissed her brothers' cheeks and hugged her sisters, and put on the white dress to walk down the aisle to someone she had never met. She saw what he looked like, and the expression on his face made her sick to her stomach. She began to cry, knowing she was stuck.

John Swann was a horrible little man. He was about her size, and she was still growing. He was balding, and his mustache curled and beard pointed. She was treated like a slave especially because she flat out refused to sleep in the same bed as him. Four years passed and she still had no children for him. The year she turned twenty-two, was the year that changed her life. John had sent her out to do something in the forest behind their house. Before she knew what had happened, a man came up behind her. He grabbed her, and told her he was going to save her from her life. He put his wrist near her mouth, and she drank the liquid that was there. Then, blackout.

When she woke up, she was on the ground, and the man that fed her blood had disappeared. However, she felt something new. Her throat began to ache, and she couldn't understand why. Then she caught a whiff of something delicious, and before she could think about what she wanted to do, her feet started to carry her. The trees blurred, and the stone house came to her in a blur of its own. She was moving faster than she had ever moved before. Moving faster toward the delicious smell. She found herself inside, in his bedroom. Acting on instinct, before her brain could send an electrical charge, her teeth were sunk into his neck, and her transformation was complete.

Only a few days later, her parents, brothers, and sisters, came to her house to mourn the death of her husband. During a tragic accident that she never understood the origin of, both Alice and Richard, as well as her brother Henry and her sister Emma, were trapped in the house as it burned to the ground. The sounds of their screams filled her ears for days, sending her into a hypersensitive spiral of depression. She was shoved into the dark so deep that she didn't feed. Finally, she knew she had to keep the rest of her family safe, so she turned her sister and her two brothers. Realizing what she had done, that she had killed her siblings, she fled.

She ran all the way from England to France hoping that she would have run far enough away from her issues. She had killed the remaining members of her family, and that saddened her, but she couldn't get the memory of John out of her head. He was a human, and he was deplorable. They were scum beneath her, because she was so much more powerful. Arabella never had to succumb to a human ever again. The blond spent nine years avoiding most relationships, until she met another vampire. At first he was sweet, and she was thinking about changing her opinion on men. Until one night, when he took her out into the woods on a full moon.

He attacked her that night with the intent to kill. Arabella would have died had it not been for a snow white wolf, streaked with brown fur. The vampire was killed, but the wolf was injured badly. Arabella picked him up, and carried him to the nearest witch begging to save him. The witch wasn't pleased, but the desperate and affectionate look that Arabella had on her face as she gazed into the blood smeared one of the wolf convinced the witch. She told Arabella to wait until the moon went down, and to feed the wolf her blood. After he changed into his human form, Ari did as she was told, she fed him her blood, and so did the witch. Then Ari was ordered to plunged the dagger in his chest herself. With tears rolling down her face, she did it knowing he would be saved.

When he woke up, he told her his name was William, and she automatically felt the free feeling she had when she used to run with Nicholas and Gerard. The vampire and the hybrid fell in love. The first thing they were to do was visit the grand opening of the Taj Mahal in India. There he proposed to her. They traveled the world, Arabella making sure they avoided England at all costs. They hopped on a boat to the New World, and never went back to the British Isles afterwards.
