Arabella needed to get out of the house. William just kept badgering her about how he came to be in existence, and that was one story that she would have preferred not to relive. Looking down at her Harry Winston engagement ring, she knew what she was going to do. She flitted through the house, picked up her keys, and entered the garage. Once she closed the door of her beautiful Ferrari, the smell of the leather interior filled her nostrils. It was calming because she loved that smell. The smell of the inside of her Ferrari was second favorite only to the smell of William's cologne.
She pushed the keys into the ignition, and the engine roared to life. Her long fingers wrapped around her steering wheel, and she threw the car into reverse. Once she hit the highway, Arabella depressed the gas pedal until she was hitting speeds of 70-80 MPH. The road twisted through the deep Mystic Falls forest as she road away from 2129 Miller Lane. Her beloved mansion fading into the distance. Ari reached over into the passengers seat where an O+ blood bag was sitting there from Mystic Falls General Hospital. She bite the cap off the bag, and gulped it down. The more she drank the better she felt as is flowed down her throat and sloshed around in her stomach.
The town limits of Mystic Falls was creeping up on her. She could see the Clock tower and the Town Hall overlooking the rest of the town. Slowing down as she got closer to more buildings and people, she could actually read the signs instead of them all looking like blurs. Without stopping all the way, she pulled into a parking spot, and stepped out at Mystic Grill. The sun was beating down on her blond hair, and she reached up to grab at her necklace. She was really thankful that she didn't have to burn in the sun like some other vampires.
Arabella walked into the Grill, and automatically heard wolf whistles from some of the boys. Ignoring them she found a stool at the bar, and waited for Diana to get to her.

Clouds of smoke filled up the tight space of Kiara's car, her blue Porsche hummed under her feet rather quietly but still noticeably because of her enhanced hearing. Kiara loved the rush of the engine when she really pushed the car but traveling through the city was not a time for them. Actually what she was doing wasn't appropriate from riding through the city, but in this city the last thing they really needed to worry about was recreational drug use. They had much bigger problems, though it was as if the human were truly blind to their surroundings. Our perhaps in the numerous years of her life, she had long since forgotten how foolish she was as a human. Flashes of her old life rushed to her brain causing her to deeply inhale on her blunt to ease her nerves. Kiara passed the cigar to the relatively young female sitting next to her.
Kiara had long since compelled this lady into her service. She was more like a butler and someone to rant to whenever Kiara lost her temper. The servant usually remained quiet and now that Kiara noticed dazed usually. Kiara wonder was her compulsion actually having negative effects on the brain of her servant. It matter little to Kiara as Kiara didn't wear her emotions on her sleeve, but the fact that it did bother Kiara was a brief showing that her humanity was actually still intact. Her servant was running on empty when it came to her own hunger so Kiara indulged her by taking her to Mystic Grill so she could eat. It seemed as if the Grill was growing rather packed as their were only two more parking spaces when she arrived to the Grill.
She briefly noticed and envied whoever owned the gorgeous looking Ferrari parked outside the Grill. As she allowed her servant Maria to go eat, she was stopped dead in her tracks. Her old age having boosted her senses, she smell another of her kind within the bar. It wasn't that notion that surprised her but the fact that the person smelled familiar as if she's met whoever this female vampire was. Needless to say, with her interested sufficiently peaked Kiara walked rather gracefully to the Grill's door. Maria sat in the back in a both already having her order being taken but Kiara would take it too the bar. But first, she took one last inhale of her cigar before tossing it rather far into the outside ashtray. Kiara's eyes scanned the crowd until she found the source of the scent and it was none other than Arabella ! She easily moved toward the bar making it seem like one streaming gracefully stride. "Long time no see! I see your style hasn't wavered despite the years that have left." She hadn't seen Arabella in almost ten years, though to vampires that was barely even time as they had an eternity.

Arabella recognized the mass of flaming red hair. It was the same as her ancestors. Arabella remembered that day about 388 years ago. It was a little cottage in the middle of the woods. Colorful smoke emitted from the stone chimney. It looked just like the image of the cottage in Hansel and Gretel, the children's story. The sun had set nearly 3 hours prior, and the night was a deep blue littered with stars. Rachel Warren was a witch, and therefore knew that Ari was on the premises, so she didn't feel the need to creep up on the entrance. Neither did she flit her way through the trees. She walked straight into the clearing like it was her own house and knocked on the wooden door.
There she was, the witch that would free her from the imprisonment of the night. Her red hair waved down past her butt and the long pale blue dress reached her ankles. Arabella picked up the skirt of her own green cotton dress, as she was invited in, and stepped over the threshold. Her own blond hair waved to the middle of her back, and was pulled away from her face. She was there for a lapis lazuli stone. One that would be enchanted so she could walk in the daylight. She had brought with her a gold setting for a necklace that had belonged to her mother. The blond plucked the onyx from the pendant in preparation for when the witch's spell to be done. An hour or two later, after a bit of spell casting a friendly conversation, Arabella had to be on her way out.
She blinked and shook her head to bring herself back to the present. Diana had walked over to her and introduced herself. Then Arabella caught the scent of another of her kind. Oh she knew who that was. Her suspicions were confirmed when she was met with a face she hadn't seen in about a decade. “Fashion hasn't changed much in a decade my dear, but it certainly is a change from the hoop skirts.”
[/b] Diana interrupted them, with her mind solely fixed on her restaurant. Arabella smirked. She was a Hawthorne alright. “Well, I've never been much for chili cheese fries.” She reached her manicured nail up to pretend to pick at something in her teeth. This was just a ploy to direct her attention to the slightly outgrown, but not fully sized fangs. Diana was a witch, so she shouldn't be to freaked out by the fact that there was a vampire in her grill. [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote] TAGGING DIANA&KIARA ! WORDS 000. ! WEARING CLOTHES ! Thoughts ran through her head to check on her blood donor, she shifted her eyes off Arabella toward Maria. Seeing her rather quickly scarfing down two burgers with the fries alerted her to a thought that occurred to her earlier. She would need another donor soon, it seems Kiara had been overindulging her needs on Maria. A small part of her cared for the young lady but she already found herself starving herself to accommodate Maria. She quickly eyed the crowd of the Grill and found several attractive options but she shook her head deciding this was not the time or the place.
She found her eyes drawn back to the lady before her and Arabella. She found that several features reminded her of someone she had once met, but the exact person kept eluding her mind so she left it alone. She briefly wondered what brought Arabella to this town, then again who's to say how long they both have probably resided within the same city and never knew otherwise. She briefly eyed the menu though food offered no substance she still enjoyed many drinks whenever the occasion fit. Her throat ached suddenly reminding her of her ever present thirst as it actually slipped her mind with all the things that currently occupied her mind. A smile crept on her face thinking of the last time her and Arabella fed together now that was a good time.
Men weren't her thing but that particular male was delicious such a shame he was no longer living. She shifted in her seat drawing her Fendi purse off her shoulder retrieving her money from her pocket book. She placed a twenty on the bar, still thinking of whatever she wanted. She could see that this lady before her was about business and didn't want her to think she was idling wasting her time. It's a shame though, out of all the hard decisions she had to make over this 400 odd years she couldn't accurately decide what she wanted to drink. Her eyes wondered back to Diana, she was a rather beautiful female. I wonder if she's. . . She cut her thought off right there, determining it didn't matter at all. Usually anyone she was attracted to she got, but something was different about this one. The problem was that she couldn't accurately say what it was about her.
She laughed lightly at both of Arabella's comments one directed toward her and the other toward Diana. She lightly read over the back of the menu before spotting her favorite drink. "Oh no? You'd be surprised what fashion's I've seen this last decade. It's good to see you though love." Picking up her twenty, she extended out to Diana saying "Can I have the ultimate pina colada? " With a slight smile still on her face, she turned seconds before Maria arrived to greet her as if she already knew she was approaching which of course she did. She took Maria's hand leading her over to Arabella saying "Arabella, Maria, Maria, Arabella." She turned back toward the bar knowing Maria would be on her best behavior and to watch the other workers working in the kitchen.
